FixKerala ("we", "us") is a home services network in Kerala, India, operated by We Fixkerala. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fixkerala.com and our WhatsApp number (+91 62823 17169), how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you request a service, message us on WhatsApp, contact us or apply as a partner, we collect the details you give us:
We also collect basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
When you message FixKerala on WhatsApp, your messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. Meta processes these messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
Some of our replies are generated automatically by an AI assistant. It helps us answer common questions, collect the details of the service you need, and arrange a site visit. Our staff can see these conversations and may reply personally at any time. If you would rather speak to a person, just tell us in the chat.
To generate these replies, the content of your messages is processed by our AI service provider, which may store or process data outside India. The provider processes this data only to produce replies for us and does not use it to train its models. We do not use automated replies to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We share your name, phone number, locality and job details with the professional assigned to your request, because they cannot contact you without them. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf:

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may be affected.
We keep request and partner details for as long as needed to handle your request, honour any warranty, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. WhatsApp conversation records are kept for up to 12 months after your last message, unless they are needed for an open job or warranty.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@fixkerala.com or messaging +91 62823 17169 on WhatsApp. You can also stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying "STOP". We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
To have your personal details and WhatsApp conversation history deleted:
We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example invoices for tax purposes. Messages already delivered to your own WhatsApp app stay on your device. You can delete them there.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
