These terms apply when you use fixkerala.com or request a service through FixKerala, operated by We Fixkerala. By using the site or requesting a service you agree to them.

What FixKerala does

FixKerala is a network that connects homeowners with independent, vetted service professionals for work such as waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, painting, pest control, AC service and handyman jobs. Professionals who carry out the work are independent partners, not employees of FixKerala.

Requests, quotes and approval

• A site visit and assessment are offered without obligation.
• You receive a written quote before work starts. Work begins only after you approve it.
• The quote states the scope, price, and payment terms for your job, including whether an advance applies and how much.
• Prices and timelines can change if the scope changes. Any change should be confirmed with you before the extra work is done.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written quote. Some jobs need an advance and others are paid after the work is completed. Please pay only as stated in your quote and ask for a receipt.

Warranty

Where a warranty applies, it is provided in writing and its period and conditions are stated on the warranty certificate for your job. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, changes made by others, or causes unrelated to the work carried out.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details about the job and your location.
• Provide safe access to the area where work is to be done.
• Tell us promptly if something is wrong so we can address it.

Limits of liability

We take care in vetting professionals and handling your request. To the extent permitted by law, FixKerala is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Content on this site is for general information. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Governing law
